Personal Training is an avenue for someone to under take a purpose designed training program. To address needs for that particular individual.
While many of the exercises, movements and activities prescribed by a trainer may over lap and blend into multiple exercise programs, the intensity, duration, speeds of activities, equipment used, amounts of resistance or weight, will be dictated by the individuals needs and capabilities.
This is where the experience of the 1 on 1 personal trainer come to the fore.
With my Personal Training Studio an individual can train at various times and for the most part structure a regular training program to suit their busy lifestyle.
