Multiple Session Packs
Introducing a new form of purchasing your training sessions. I will be offering "Multiple session packs"
You will be able to buy either 20 x session or 30 x session packs.
20 packs fee: $270
30 packs fee: $375

F.A.T Park Training
Session “Packs”
Terms and Conditions:
“Pack” sessions must be paid for in advance.
“Studio Training” & “F.A.T Park Training” CANNOT be interchanged
“Packs” have an expiry period:
·20 pack 3 months from date of purchase
·30 pack 4 months from date of purchase
“Pack” sessions NOT USED by the expiry date WILL BE FORFEITED.
“Pack” sessions ARENOT transferrable.
“Pack” sessions ARENOT refundable.
“Pack” sessions CANNOT be put on hold and restarted at a later date.
“Pack” sessions ARE ALLOWED be used in between formal term periods.
If desired location and time slot has maximum numbers enrolled attendance will denied till numbers allow attendance. An alternative location and time must be chosen.
STUDIO: Maximum attendance 14 persons
PARK: Maximum attendance 24 persons
The above conditions ARENOT negotiable
I have read and understand the terms and conditions to the purchase of “Session Packs” as provided by Peak Physique Personal Training and agree to them unconditionally and without reservation.
You will need to down load a "Terms & Conditions" form, from the online booking pages. If you are a first time enrollee please down load the "Health Questionnaire"
Both these forms will need to be presented, filled in and signed, at the first session you attend.
